Returns & Exchanges

JESICE.COM for your lovely & lucky days!  But your day won't be so lovely or lucky if you're not able to return or exchange an item that does not fit you well or you're just not satisfied with!  If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, simply email us at info@jesice.com within 14 calendar days of your receipt, and we will instruct you on our return or exchange procedure (please do not send us the item(s) for returns or exchanges until you have contacted us via email.).

 

EXCEPTIONS

We do not issue a refund or process an exchange if

(1) the merchandise has been worn or used by you.

(2) the merchandise has been damaged by you.

(3) you purchased the item from our Clearance Collection (Final Sale).  We offer such amazing discounts on these items in the clearance section.  Because we do not  house any inventory after our sales end, we cannot process returns.  However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product.  Please contact us if you run into any damaged or defective merchandise and we will be sure to make it right.
